Ditch the plastic: 346 free Boomerang Bags now available
If you’re shopping at SuperValue you can now switch your plastic bag for a free, handmade cotton tote to use and bring back. Featherston is the latest town to join Boomerang Bags, an Australian-born scheme to help reduce the use of plastic bags. All the bags have been hand sewn by volunteers from materials donated by locals – everything from rolls of new upholstery fabric to unwanted Christmas tablecloths.
