Sculpture taking shape fast … and plans for the unveiling
Progress on the sculpture continues, with four of the standards having been cast and a fifth ready for casting. Some of the trustees of the Featherston Camp Memorial Trust visited the Dibble workshop just before Christmas and the true scale of these magnificent standards was brought home to us. The detail on the back of the standards is equally impressive. This sculpture will be a truly magnificent presence in Featherston’s town center.
