Stories sought about pioneer cottage
Set into a large emerald lawn with a backdrop of native bush, this little pioneer cottage at 41 Watt Street is part of Featherston’s history. Established residents will recognise it as the home of Denis Duggan, who lived there for some 54 years. Since taking possession in August 2018, it has been a labour of love to restore this little historic gem to a charming character cottage with the help of local tradespeople.
