There are many ways to enjoy the water in Featherston. The swimming pool on Johnston Street is open from 1 December and kids swim for free. There’s a fantastic swimming hole near the end of Underhill Road – ask a local for directions! It’s nice to paddle in the lagoon at Wairarapa Moana near the Lake Reserve bridge.
