The students of St Teresa’s School have had a long affiliation with a South Wairarapa District Council-owned section of Donald’s Creek, accessed off State Highway 53. Over the past eight years, St Teresa’s School, as kaitiaki of the stream, has used this site to learn about the whys and how’s of freshwater testing and monitoring, and the purpose of riparian planting.
