Featherston Paetūmōkai’s first Heritage Festival
Featherston is about to make history – by celebrating it! From 7 to 9 November, our town will host the very first Featherston
Heritage Festival, a new annual event dedicated to the stories, places and people that make Featherston Paetūmōkai unique.
The festival runs in partnership with the wider Wellington Heritage Festival (18 October – 9 November). But on the final weekend, the spotlight will be firmly on our own local treasures. The Anzac Hall, Featherston Heritage Museum and Fell Locomotive Museum will all throw open their doors for tours, talks and special events.
